Property Search
After understanding your search criteria, you can leave the search in our hands while we begin our quest to discover the finest property available. Please note, this process might span from days to weeks as we meticulously navigate the market to secure the ideal property for you
Due Diligence & Negotiation
We conduct extensive due diligence on selected properties that meet our initial criteria. After ensuring their viability, we perform a comprehensive market analysis to establish their true market value. Leveraging our negotiation skills, we secure the most favorable price and terms, prioritizing informed decisions over emotional impulses.
Under Contract & Settlement
After securing the property under contract, our focus shifts to fulfilling contract clauses, such as building & pest inspections and financing. Once these are satisfied, the property transitions to an unconditional status. On settlement day, we coordinate with your solicitor to ensure a seamless process
Post settlement support
If the property is unoccupied or currently leased, we have a network of outstanding property managers specializing in your purchase area. They offer support in transitioning between agencies or securing the perfect tenants for your property
